The AIR Team v5 also now features a new canopy design with added windows and even further reduced flutter for a more silent and safer ride, and ships standard with our new pistol grip prepreg carbon boom, redesigned flagging handle and new waist leash for elite-level freedom and control.

The 12.5 degree leading edge dihedral produces significant power and delivers huge stability when the wing is flagged out.
Medium-aspect wing ratio together with a short strut for compact power balance make the wing more maneuverable, performing better through tacks & gybes, and when flagged out. Swept back wing tips stay out of the water.
The tapered strut features a wide and strong connection at the base, creating a stiffer overall airframe. Pumping becomes more efficient, improving acceleration and high-end power / speed.
The longer battens remove all flutter regardless of wind strength, providing an extraordinarily silent and comfortable riding experience.

The three strut configuration stabilizes the additional area in the wingtips and allows adding more surface into a given wingspan to create a lower aspect wing. Additionally, the wingtip struts stabilize the canopy for increased top-end speed.
Our flagging handle is light, and stiff for the ultimate control when flagging out the wing.
Windows are in the ideal position for maximum vision and made from a durable PU material, suitable for use in all climate conditions.
Designed for maximum safety and freedom, this strong, recoil leash line comes with a high-quality waist belt, ensuring a secure and comfortable attachment to your FreeWing. Unlike traditional wrist leashes that can restrict one arm, our waist leash allows both arms to remain free, enhancing safety and control in any situation.

The vented bag accommodates the wing, a pump, accessories and the 109 cm long boom. It’s equipped with a carry handle, shoulder strap, an outside zipper pocket and tie-down strap. One of the strongest bags on the market, made from Waste2Wear recycled plastic bottles.
